The hardscape is essentially done on what I've dubbed the zen garden because I designed it to be a place of contemplation. Construction required lots of digging, the occasional sketch to map out what to do, learning a bit of welding, consultation with experts, but mostly persistence. Perhaps learning again that persistence pays off is the best reward for creating the garden.
